Mission Bay Aquatic Center now offers CPR and First Aid certification courses

Whether you are required to get certified as part of your job, or you just want the confidence that you can respond appropriately in an emergency, CPR and First Aid certifications can give you the knowledge to help save lives. We are now offerring courses to become American Heart Association certified for CPR and First Aid as part of our new Community Safety Courses program. The courses, offered monthly, can be purchased individually or as a package for a discount.

As offered in the Community Safety Courses program is a California Department of Boating and Waterways Boating Safety Course. This course is an in depth study of all things boating, and will give you the knowledge and confidence to take command of your vessel, and keep your family, and friends safe while enjoying the water. The course includes an on-the-water practical exam which covers trailering, docking, and night operations. When you finish this course, you will know more abouting boating then you'd ever imagine.
