San Diego State University ENS Watersport Class Registration Aug 28-Sept 15

Classes not just for SDSU Students

While it may be difficult to believe, summer has passed and it is once again time for school to begin. That shouldn't stop you from enjoying Mission Bay. In fact, fall may be the perfect time to do it!

Each fall about 1000 SDSU students take Exercise and Nutritional Sciences Watersport Credit Classes at the MBAC. What many do not realize is that students from other colleges, and non-students alike can also take the same classes. Only students from SDSU and USD can recieve university credit, but anybody can audit the class and take it for no credit. Priority will go to SDSU students for space and the class, and there will be an additional fee for students of other campuses, alumni, and members of the gemeral public taking the class via SDSU Extension.

"The ENS course offereings are a cost effective way to enjoy a semester long watersports class," says MBAC Instrucional Manager Kevin Straw. "The class are offered during weekdays, as well as saturdays, so they should fit into most anybody's schedule."

SDSU is one of the few universities in the world to have a waterfront facility like the MBAC and offer college watersport classes. For a complete schedule of classes offerred and fees please see the ENS Course Offerings page, or for more information, contact the MBAC at (858) 488-1000.
