MBAC Announces Fall "Instructors of the Semester"
The Mission Bay Aquatic Center recently honored its employees of the fall semester. Each semester the MBAC awards an instructor from each instructional area.
December 7, 2005-
MBAC Used Wakeboard and Waterski Sale!!
The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is selling their complete stock of 2005 wakeboards and waterskiis. These year old boards and skiis are in great condition and are offered at huge discounts (see price list). Everything must go as we are completely liquidating our 2005 supplies to make room for 2006 gear.

November 7, 2005-

Only 2 Boats Left In Used Wakeboarding and Waterskiing Boat Pre-Sale!!

Each year the MBAC, in partnership with West Coast Correct Craft, updates our fleet of wakeboarding and waterskiing towboats to current year models and liquidates our used boats at rock bottom prices.. We have already pre-sold 5 Nautiques and current just have 2 Air Nautique 206's left.

The Mission Bay Aquatic Center is current liquidating it's stock of 2005 wakeboarding & waterskiing boats to make room for it's shipment of 2006 vessels. These boats are priced to move at rock-bottom prices.

July 18, 2005 -

MBAC Serves Camp ABLE and City Therapeutic Services Wheelchair Camp

The Mission Bay Aquatic Center has been developing equipment and methods for adapting water sports for persons with disabilities for the past 20 years. This month we are proud to serve the City of San Diego Therapeutic Services during the City of San Diego Wheelchair Camp and Camp Able. Both events offer participants the ability to participate in sports they may not be able to participate in without adapted equipment or specially trained staff.

La Jolla Arts Festival Helps Individuals with Disabilities

For people with disabilities, finding affordable and accessible recreation opportunities can be a daunting task. That's where the Torrey Pines Kiwanis Club steps in to help. For the past 19 years they have been hosting annual La Jolla Festival of the Arts and Food Faire™ to raise money to provide affordable recreation opportunities for the disability community.
